Astral Wild partners with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network, to bring our cosmic creations to your doorstep. Each item is produced locally whenever possible, reducing carbon footprints and supporting regional artisans.
🌍 Production & Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled by Gelato’s network of 140+ production partners across 32 countries.
- Production begins once your order is placed and typically takes 2–5 business days.
- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, ranging from 4–10 business days after production.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships, so you can follow its journey through the stars.
📦 Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.
- We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, as each item is made to order with care.
🛃 Customs & Duties
- For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
🪐 Shipping Issues
If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographic proof of the issue (item, packaging, or tracking details)
Once reviewed, we’ll issue a store credit toward your next purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
